Davis, who will oversee the college’s education abroad and off-campus study programs, was most recently an education abroad advisor at Kent State University
Elizabeth M. Davis has joined McDaniel College as the new director of international and off-campus programs.
This position within the Center for Experience and Opportunity oversees the college’s education abroad and off-campus study programs, including study at McDaniel College’s European branch campus in Budapest, Hungary, and student exchange programs withUniversité Saint-Louis in Belgium and Africa University in Zimbabwe, as well as faculty-led study trips during Jan Term.
Davis of Salineville, Ohio, was most recently an education abroad advisor at Kent State University, where she oversaw international exchange programs. She also previously served as a study abroad advisor at Kansas State University.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and master’s degree, in addition to a certificate of internationalization in higher education, from Kent State University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in educational administration – higher education also from Kent State.
