Unified Community Connections Names Three Board Members

Unified Community Connections, a nonprofit agency serving children and adults with disabilities throughout Maryland, named three new board members:

Mike Bolton works at Safeway in Westminster and lives in Union Bridge, Maryland. He is active in the Church of the Open Door in Westminster where he performs in the annual passion play every year, and he also volunteers in his local soup kitchen. Bolton has received residential services for the past 24 years through Bello Machre.

George N. Ensenat has over 25 years of experience as a business banker and branch manager. He manages a $160 million branch for Hamilton Bank, where he builds working relationships with clients and staff. Over the years, he has worked for Susquehanna Bank and Wachovia Bank among others. Ensenat holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University.

Tonja Sease, MPH, is a clinical research professional who develops and provides clinical research training, project management of clinical trials, protocol monitoring and management of clinical research staff. She is a contract clinical studies project lead for Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems. She has worked with companies including Sease Scientific Clinical Research, Sigma Tau Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly & Co. She was also global operations manager for Parexel International Corp. in South Carolina. Sease holds a doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences and Master of Public Health in health promotion and education from the University of South Carolina School of Public Health and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Winthrop University in South Carolina.
