The chairs inside the bingo tent at the annual Ravens Roost convention are a tad small for the average person.
But Edwin Mulitalo wasn't too big to sit in one of them.
For that matter, the 6-foot-3, 345-pound former Ravens guard -- a 1999 fourth-round draft pick who played ten NFL seasons, the first eight with Baltimore, is not too big to again completely immerse himself inside the Ravens' fan culture.
Mulitalo was one of several Ravens alumni -- along with receiver Qadry Ismail, linebacker-special teamer Brad Jackson, running back Jamal Lewis and cornerback Duane Starks -- who made the trip to the Castle in the Sand Hotel on 37th Street. They joined approximately 3,500 fans for the annual Roost event, following an impromptu trip to Worcester County Prep School.
The convention is taking place June 2-5 this year, with the parade on June 4.
