Maryland’s COVID-19 Hospitalizations Tick Up as State Records Nearly 1,300 New Cases

Maryland health officials on Thursday confirmed 1,297 new cases of coronavirus and 21 new deaths.

At least 421,823 Marylanders have tested positive for COVID-19, while 3,213,290 have tested negative as of Thursday morning, according to the Maryland Department of Health’s COVID-19 Case Map Dashboard.

Thursday’s new cases raised Maryland’s coronavirus caseload by about 0.31%.
