Loyola University Maryland has recently earned high rankings from PLEXUSS, a global ranking for prospective students. The 2021 rankings include naming Loyola No. 1 among “Top Faith-Based Colleges” in the state of Maryland.

The relatively new ranking is based on student demand, feedback, and preferences. The methodology also incorporates feedback from education partners, data scientists, employers, parents, and high school counselors.
Graduation rates, admissions yield, program popularity, and student retention rate were key factors in determining the rankings. PLEXUSS also examined subject-specific rankings from reputable ranking sources such as U.S. News & World Report, Times Higher Education, among others.
