Maryland Surpasses 8,000 COVID Deaths, Hospitalizations Continue to Rise

More than 8,000 Marylanders have died from COVID-19 as of Tuesday.

State officials on Tuesday reported 11 more deaths related to coronavirus, bringing the total number of Marylanders who have died from the virus to 8,010.

There are also 185 deaths suspected to be related to coronavirus.
