In Baltimore County, a manufacturing job fair is going virtual in April.
The April 8 event will seek to connect jobseekers with more than 100 open positions at regional companies, including many of the County’s largest employers.
Regional Manufacturing Institute of Maryland (RMI) teamed with the Baltimore County Department of Economic & Workforce Development and the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) to host the event. It comes as the COVID-19 pandemic has led to job losses, hitting retail and restaurant industries particularly hard.
