A majority of Marylanders have a low opinion of the state government’s distribution of the coronavirus vaccine, a new Goucher College poll shows.
The poll, which was released on Monday, found that about one-third of Marylanders said that the state government is doing an “excellent” or “good” job with distributing the vaccine, while 66% said vaccine distribution has been “fair” or “poor.”
Yet a majority of respondents — nearly three-quarters — approve of Gov. Larry Hogan’s handling of the pandemic, while 22% disapprove.
In October, 82% of Marylanders approved of how Hogan was handling the pandemic.
