Maryland Reports Lowest Number of Daily New COVID-19 Deaths Since November

Maryland health officials on Thursday reported the coronavirus-related deaths of three more Marylanders.

That marks the lowest daily number of deaths that Maryland has reported since the state also reported three deaths on Nov. 3, although the state does not always report deaths on the day they occurred.

With Thursday’s additions, Maryland has confirmed a total of 7,740 deaths related to COVID-19 since the pandemic began. There are also 182 Marylanders whose deaths are suspected to be related to the virus.
