Maryland Surpasses 6,000 Coronavirus Deaths, Reports 2,970 More Cases

Maryland has reported the deaths of 6,004 Marylanders since the pandemic began, including 44 deaths that were reported on Thursday.

There are also 169 people whose deaths suspected to be related to coronavirus.

At least 295,874 Marylanders have tested positive for COVID-19, while 2,595,614 have tested negative as of Thursday morning, according to the Maryland Department of Health’s COVID-19 Case Map Dashboard.
