Maryland’s Coronavirus Hospitalizations Reach Highest Point of Pandemic With 1,862 Patients

There are now 1,862 Marylanders hospitalized with coronavirus, marking the largest number of hospitalizations in the state since the beginning of the pandemic.

The state’s previous record number of current hospitalizations was 1,799 on Dec. 15.

Maryland’s current hospitalizations grew by 91 patients on Wednesday.
