Maryland’s Coronavirus Hospitalizations Reach Second Highest Point of Pandemic

As of Wednesday, 1,776 Marylanders are currently hospitalized due to coronavirus, the second highest number since the pandemic began.

The highest amount of hospitalizations that Maryland has recorded since March was 1,799 hospitalized COVID-19 patients on Dec. 15.

There are 59 more COVID-19 patients currently hospitalized in Maryland compared to Tuesday.
