The Moderna Vaccine Arrives this Week in Maryland

Friday, has begun shipping to recipients in Maryland, Governor Larry Hogan announced today.

Maryland’s total allotment now includes more than 191,000 total doses of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.

Phase one of Maryland’s COVID-19 vaccination plan focuses on front line healthcare workers, staff and residents of long-term care facilities, as well as first responders. The governor’s office encourages Marylanders to visit covidlink.maryland.gov to learn more about the state’s distribution plan, review safety information about the vaccines, and get answers to frequently asked questions.
