Warschawski Adds CFG Bank to its Growing Client Roster

11/24/20

Warschawski, a full-service advertising, marketing, digital, public relations, branding, web design, videography and photography, VR/AR, creative and crisis communications agency, announced today that it has been hired by Baltimore-based CFG Bank. Warschawski will create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media and public relations initiatives to grow brand awareness for the Bank.

Privately owned and operated, CFG Bank is a nationally recognized industry leader that offers extensive lending capacity, competitive rates and special products that distinguish them from larger scale corporations. CFG Bank couples the same high-level banking tools and expertise of larger banks with relationship-driven service to deliver everything from personal checking to commercial business and real estate loans. CFG Bank also provides niche financing, leverage lending and equipment finance and leasing for their business banking clients.

“We are thrilled to partner with CFG Bank to help them grow brand awareness and highlight their big bank capabilities with boutique bank care,” said Shana Harris, COO of Warschawski. “We look forward to helping CFG Bank engage with its customers across online and offline platforms and reinforce its leadership position and the positive impact on the communities it serves through its philanthropic efforts.”

CFG is a long-time supporter of the Baltimore community and has been previously involved with local and national charitable initiatives. At the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, CFG launched its Meals for Healthcare Heroes program, which provided free meals to frontline healthcare workers. As a result, this program helped three Maryland restaurants rehire employees who suffered furlough due to COVID-19.

CEO Jack Dwyer recently made a $3 million donation to the National Aquarium to help advance a long-awaited project to build a waterfront campus. This is part of his effort to support education and recreation in Baltimore in hopes that others will join him to improve the City. This donation comes after a previous philanthropic contribution that included a $3 million donation to the Mother Mary Lange Catholic School, which was the seed money for the fundraising effort to build the first new Catholic school in Baltimore in 57 years.

CFG Bank has been recognized as a top employer and corporate community leader. Some recent recognitions include: Baltimore Business Journal Corporate Citizen of the Year; CEO Jack Dwyer as 2019 BBJ Powerhouse 10 Nominee; a 2019 Healthiest Employers Finalist; and was ranked third by Independent Community Bankers of America as a top performing bank.
