Bob Wallace, candidate for mayor of Baltimore city states, “We have another epidemic, violent crime among our Baltimore youth. This really hurts to hear of so many of our young Baltimore children committing such heinous crimes as murder, car jackings and armed robberies. My message has been and continues to be that I will make it my top priority to end the violence in Baltimore. During my first 100 days, I vow to shut down Baltimore’s open-air drug markets. Reducing crime will take every level of local government working together with our community. I will bring the resources, from spiritual to financial, to our children so that they will not seek the streets to fulfill their needs"
