Maryland’s Average Positive Test Rate Falls to New Low

Maryland’s seven-day average rate of positive coroanvirus tests reached a new low of 2.75 percent, state data show.

The new low comes after the metric dipped below 3 percent for the first time on Sunday.

The seven-day average rate of positive tests yesterday was 3.76 percent for Marylanders younger than 35 and 2.16 percent for Marylanders older than 35.
