Maryland’s Coronavirus Deaths are Slowly Decreasing

Maryland reported 10 or fewer deaths each day for the past two weeks, state data show.

The state’s number of daily reported fatal cases has been gradually declining.

In the previous two-week period, Aug. 22 to Sept. 4, the state reported 10 or fewer deaths per day for 11 of the 14 days.
