Fell’s Point will take to the streets this weekend to hold the first of two Fell’s Point First Saturday Sidewalk Sales on Saturday, September 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The second sale will be held on October 3.

Many Fell’s Point restaurants have moved their services outside for al fresco dining on the historic neighborhood’s cobblestone streets. This Saturday, more than a dozen merchants will do the same for the sidewalk sales. The merchants also encourage customers to grab a meal at one of 29 restaurants on the waterfront streets of Fell’s Point.

Doug Yeakey of EC Pops, a shop that carries Maryland-themed apparel and goods, said, “We’re thankful for this coordinated effort among Fells Point Main Street businesses. The Sidewalk Sales give our customers who may not feel comfortable shopping indoors, an option to support local businesses.”
