Maryland’s coronavirus-related hospitalizations have decreased for four consecutive days, falling to 457 patients on Friday, state data show.
After the number of Marylanders hospitalized due to COVID-19 reached 534 on Monday, hospitalizations decreased to 529 on Tuesday, 488 on Wednesday, 470 on Thursday and 457 today.
Of those 457 individuals who are currently hospitalized with coronavirus, 350 are in acute care and 107 are in intensive care.
