The fifth year of the EDGE Program is in the books and the Bowe Fellows continue to rave about the program. The program kicked off the year with a retreat at Winbak Farm and ended the year with a virtual closing reception. The fellows were able to experience most of the program (See a video here) in-person before the final few sessions had to be transitioned to virtual. In fact, the last in-person WTCI event was the EDGE Reunion at Union Brewery which was attended by past and present Bowe Fellows alike. I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried about taking the program virtual, but these sessions did not skip a beat, and we were able to maintain the quality for which this program has become known.

WTCI would like to thank all the companies (listed below) who volunteered their time and expertise. The EDGE Program would not be possible without their commitment to sharing their knowledge and experiences with the goal of making Maryland a better place to do business.
