Baker Donelson has elected 15 new shareholders across the Firm, including two attorneys in its Baltimore office: Christopher C. Dahl and Jeffrey S. Greenberg.

A member of the Firm's Business Litigation Group, Mr. Dahl concentrates his practice on general litigation, particularly with respect to business, financial and construction matters. He has represented a wide range of businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, disputes among shareholders, and personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also has extensive experience in defending municipalities and their officers – particularly law enforcement officers – from civil rights claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, state constitutional law and tort law. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. Mr. Dahl has been recognized as a Rising Star by Maryland Super Lawyers since 2015.

As a member of Baker Donelson's Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group, Mr. Greenberg focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions and other lender clients in financing, restructuring and enforcement matters. He has experience in all aspects of bankruptcy, including reorganizations, liquidations, debtor-in-possession financings, stay relief, cash collateral matters, asset sales and dischargeability litigation. He regularly represents financial institutions, corporations and individuals in matters including lender liability actions and breach of contract cases. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Mr. Greenberg is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
