Guests can transport themselves to Southern Italy with bold flavors from classic Italian dishes like Fusilli Bolognaise, and Rigatoni Primavera or check out culinary stations featuring sumptuous dishes like Pork Belly Carvings and Personalized Omelets.

Osteria Costa tosses original versions of brunch pizzas for guests to enjoy from beginning to end of the feast such as the Baked Eggs Pizza with Spicy Pomodoro Sauce and the Dessert Pizza with Nutella and Marshmallow Fluff.
Creatively Crafted Cocktails
For just $16, brunch-goers can add bottomless Bloody Marys, Bellinis and Mimosas. At the Absolut Bloody Mary bar, guests can build their own Instagrammable sensation with 25 garnish options such as marinated mozzarella cheese, bacon, pickle spears, zucchini sticks, cucumber rings and assorted hot sauces.
