Ed Kidner
Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, LLC, one of the region’s leading law firms, today announced that Ed Kidner has joined the firm as an attorney, working primarily in its Business and Transactional Practice Group. Ed will serve as general counsel to business clients and will also be an integral part of the firm’s quickly growing M&A practice, where he will focus on assisting business owners with succession planning and exit strategies, and representing them throughout the acquisition or sale transaction.

Ed brings extensive experience to Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny, having served as a partner and practice leader in two regional law firms, tax counsel for a Fortune 100 company, and General Counsel and CEO for a consolidated group of entities. Ed’s experience encompasses all facets of federal and state income taxation with a particular focus on optimal tax planning and structuring including representing clients before the IRS and state taxing authorities, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, shareholder and ownership matters, financing and capital raises. Ed is also a licensed CPA and holds his Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.
