Mike Mercurio and Offit Kurman Bring Even More Content to Business Owners and Entrepreneurs

2/7/20

Offit Kurman is bringing even more, news, insights, and conversations to entrepreneurs and members of the business community.

Michael N. Mercurio, a business attorney and sought-after mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisor with Offit Kurman, is relaunching his popular Read/Delete series under a new brand: Read & Share. Mr. Mercurio and Offit Kurman have also recently developed M&A Pulse, an online destination for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) news and resources. Additionally, Mr. Mercurio is the co-host of Family Business Hacks, a new video series on YouTube.

Mr. Mercurio has published Read/Delete for approximately 10 years. Delivered to blog and email subscribers every Monday morning, the series features thought-provoking tidbits of news and opinion meant to generate ideas and discussion.

That direction will continue under the new brand, with a refreshed look and perspective. Reflecting on the history and future of the series, Mr. Mercurio acknowledged it was time for a change—one that maintained the best parts of the old while making room for the new.

Mr. Mercurio also pointed out that the new brand serves as a call to action.

In the meantime, Mr. Mercurio and Offit Kurman continue to publish content on M&A Pulse, the M&A portal launched last year. M&A Pulse provides up-to-the-minute information and legal perspectives on business deals and the latest market trends. Features on the site include video interviews with CEOs, an M&A news feed, exclusive downloads, and details about upcoming events. Readers can visit and subscribe to M&A Pulse at mandapulse.com.

Finally, Offit Kurman is pleased to share the Family Business Hacks video series, which Mr. Mercurio hosts alongside Denise O'Neill, coach, and president of The Alternative Board (TAB). Family Business Hacks is a presentation of the Family Business Roundtable (FBR), an advisory group offering peer support and professional guidance for leaders of multigenerational, family-owned and operated businesses. The FBR is sponsored by Offit Kurman and has been co-facilitated by Mr. Mercurio and Ms. O’Neill for several years.
