Published in Volume 1, Issue 3 of the 2019 Maryland Bar Journal, the article was entitled, “Getting Paid: Stress Less and Earn More”.

In the article, Ms. Flynn shared her extensive collections acumen in an effort to help other attorneys acquire the hard-earned monies to which they are entitled. She offered up comprehensive, nuts-and-bolts guidance regarding the necessary steps to the effective collection of attorneys’ fees, including details as to how retainer agreements should be drafted and powerful strategies for the most productive client billing.
