Leveraging her depth of knowledge in collections, she also includes detailed guidance for attorneys regarding the construction of retainer agreements, client billing, and the collection of fees.On October 22 and 23, 2019, the Maryland State Bar Association will be hosting “Essentials of Maryland Practice”, a two-day session for attorneys that covers the material contained in the new manual. Ms. Flynn will review the contents of her chapter via a pre-recorded presentation at the event.
