International finance lawyer Jill Davidson joins Womble Bond Dickinson’s Financial Institutions Sector Team in Washington, D.C.

Davidson, who has experience practicing in some of the world’s most sophisticated finance markets including New York and London, has built a reputation for counseling clients on complex acquisitions, leasing and credit facilities. In particular, she focuses her practice on equipment finance, general debt finance and leasing transactions. Aviation, marine and transportation industry clients, both domestic and international and of all sizes, turn to Davidson for guidance on a variety of asset acquisitions.
