Bringing more than 30 years of experience to firm’s Labor and Employment Group, Finamore intends to use PK Law’s extensive resources to continue to grow practice

Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (PK Law) has announced that experienced litigation and trial attorney Paul M. Finamore has joined the firm. He is joined by Associates John Doran and Bethany Neeb, Senior Paralegal Doreen Jett and Legal Administrative Assistant Melodie Brown. The group will be part of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group.

Paul Finamore has practiced in state and federal courts throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia for over 30 years. His experience includes the defense of private sector employment litigation claims such as Title VII; age, race, and gender discrimination; wage and hour; whistle blowing; wrongful termination; ADA, FLMA and FLSA. He also litigates general and profession liability matters, including first and third party insurance claims and insurance fraud. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Finamore regularly counsels employers on employment issues, workplace policies, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. He began practicing in employment law while serving on active duty in the US Army Judge Advocate Generals Corps at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

While Mr. Finamore has developed a significant practice during his 30 years, he is seeking to use the resources available to him at PK Law to achieve further growth. The firm recently added significant space to its main office in Dulaney Center II in Towson. The space has undergone extensive renovations including the addition of a PK Law Learning Center, PK Law Café, an expansion of the PK Law Seminar Room, additional meeting rooms, new attorney offices and state-of-the-art administrative support space.
