Dealtech company dealWIP Inc. announced today that London-based law firm Mishcon de Reya has made dealWIP’s software available to attorneys in its Corporate and Real Estate groups. dealWIP helps transactional attorneys and other deal professionals better serve their clients with project management software that enables deal teams to conduct due diligence faster, more securely, and with greater transparency. dealWIP participated in MDR LAB, a legal technology incubator, in the summer of 2018, and has continued to work with Mishcon de Reya to refine its product in the months since.
