DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Guy Flynn, a Baltimore-based partner who is head of the Maryland Real Estate practice, is to be inducted into the Maryland Chamber of Commerce’s Maryland Business Hall of Fame. Flynn will receive the award on May 7, 2019 at the MGM National Harbor Hotel in Oxon Hill, Maryland.
Maryland Chamber of Commerce leaders noted that members of the Maryland Business Hall of Fame are “the best in Maryland’s business community and prioritize their civic and philanthropic duties,” and that Flynn “is known for his intellect, creativity, love of the arts, music, and philanthropy.”
Guy Flynn represents parties in all areas of commercial real estate investment, development, leasing and finance. His clients include institutional investors, pension funds, developers, lenders, borrowers, underwriters, and other public and private business entities in various commercial transactions, including joint venture, acquisition and development, leasing, commercial finance, purchase and sale, workout, foreclosure and syndication transactions. Flynn also counsels clients with respect to land use regulation, taxation, environmental, corporate and bankruptcy issues.
