Zarren Law Group, LLC, a boutique business transactional law firm, is pleased to announce that it represented Island Information Technology Consultants, Inc. in its sale to Tyto Athene, LLC, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners.
Island is a leading provider of mission-critical unified communications solutions to the Intelligence Community. Island was founded in 2004 by Dennis and Patti Powell. The rest of the management team, including Matt Vorsteg, Director of Operations, and Matthew Graham, Director of Business Development, will continue to lead the Island business as part of Tyto Athene.
