
Baltimore Gas and Electric has restored power to households across the city after blustery weather left more than 4,000 Baltimoreans without power this morning.
This map from Baltimore Gas and Electric indicated outages were affecting about 4,300 of the utility’s customers in the city as of 10:30 a.m., though that number had fallen to 900 by 2 p.m. today. Outages were most prevalent in Northeast and West Baltimore, caused by downed trees and limbs, equipment failures and other factors.
But BGE crews are on it, and the utility says it’s restored power to nearly more than 11,200 Baltimore City customers since yesterday when the heavy winds began.
