Pessin Katz Law, P.A. (PK Law) is pleased to announce that associate Alexandra Neifert was selected to participate in the Business Volunteers of Maryland’s 2019 GIVE Fellowship Program.

Business Volunteers’ GIVE program is a civic leadership program designed to help educate the participants on key community issues, while challenging them to grow personally and professionally through a series of learning workshops, volunteer experiences, a team-based project and peer networking opportunities.

Alex is an associate of PK Law’s Corporate and Real Estate Group. Alex graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2016. While in Law School, Alex was an Associate Comments Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review, a member of the Royal Shannonhouse III Honor Society, and a recipient of the Dean’s Citation.

After graduating from law school, Alex was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Audrey J.S. Carrión in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, where she drafted bench memoranda and judicial opinions on a variety of civil, criminal, and domestic matters, including contracts, business transactions, post convictions, and district court appeals.

The GIVE program runs from February to November, ending with a “graduation” from the program. PK Law has had a number of GIVE participants throughout the years including Adam Konstas (Education, Labor and Employment) and Kristy Bayus (Wealth Preservation) all of whom had positive experiences.

We are happy to have Alex continuing the tradition.
