Today, the Baltimore Community Foundation announced $16,000 in grants to fund important education work from the Rosenberg Martin Greenberg LLP Continuing Fund of the Baltimore Community Foundation.

In 2012, Rosenberg Martin Greenberg LLP (RMG) established the Rosenberg Martin Greenberg LLP Continuing Fund of the Baltimore Community Foundation in celebration of its 25^th anniversary. It supports organizations committed to education reform in Baltimore City. As a “continuing fund,” it will be a permanent charitable endowment at the Baltimore Community Foundation, continuing to grow and distribute grants for years to come.

Past grant recipients for funding include Playworks and the Maryland Center for Construction Education and Innovation Inc. (MCCEI).

This year’s grant recipient is the AthLife Foundation, whose platform has been working to support high school student-athletes from challenged communities across the country in achieving their future careers, beyond sports and athletics. Through grant funding, training and industry leading resources, they have helped schools create high-impact programming, tap into student passion for sports and athletics, drive academic achievement, and prepare young people for post-high school success.
