Jason Harmon
DLA Piper announced today that Jason Harmon has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate practice in Baltimore.
Harmon, who was a partner at DLA Piper until 2016, focuses his practice on capital markets transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and advising public companies on compliance with the US securities laws, periodic reporting obligations and corporate governance and disclosure issues. His experience includes senior, subordinated and convertible debt offerings, equity offerings, and representing clients in the life sciences, technology and REIT industries.

Harmon received his J.D. from the Washington & Lee University and his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
