David Scott
Corporate and securities attorney David Scott has joined Womble Bond Dickinson’s Northern Virginia office.
Mr. Scott has a particular focus on providing transactional and contractual solutions to companies in the software and information technology sector. For example, he guides clients in drafting and negotiating complex licensing and service agreements, and he advises clients regarding technology-related compliance, IP protection and contractual issues.
He brings an in-house background to Womble Bond Dickinson, having served as technology transactions counsel, technical program manager and technology strategist to a cloud computing and IT services company. Scott also has a background in Department of Homeland Security procurement compliance and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) security compliance.
Mr. Scott is a graduate of King’s College and the George Mason University School of Law.
