The Business Journal staff also noted that the attorneys listed are the ones that entrepreneurs and companies should look to when seeking "to expand their businesses to new locations or to grow further in the cities in which they're now operating."

Stasia Kelly has extensive experience as both outside counsel and as a general counsel and brings these perspectives to her practice, working closely with boards of directors, general counsel and in-house legal teams, helping clients design and implement effective governance and compliance programs. She also advises boards and executives on crisis management.

Paul Tiburzi currently serves as Chairman of Greater Baltimore Committee, the Baltimore region's most important business advocacy group. In his law practice, Tiburzi has appeared before most of Maryland's administrative agencies and has handled appellate litigation arising from administrative decisions. He has counseled clients, including professional sports teams, on political and financing issues related to the development and use of stadiums and sports venues. He has served as Maryland legislative counsel to many Fortune 500 companies.
