Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBGI +0.2%) and the Justice Dept. are still in discussions over what divestitures would be required in connection with Sinclair's $4.6B proposal to buy Tribune Media (TRCO -0.6%), according to the DOJ antitrust chief.
