
Meghan Musselman
Meghan Musselman,a partner in the Maryland office of the Hudson Cook law firm,will moderate the 2017 General Counsel’s Dinner of the Banking Law Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA), to be held on November 29, 2017, at the Hotel Monaco in Washington, D.C.
Musselman advises banks, sales finance companies, installment lenders and other similar creditors in the development and maintenance of consumer credit programs, compliance management systems and vendor management programs. On behalf of investor clients, she conducts due diligence of consumer credit programs, including auto finance companies, online lending platforms, mortgage loan companies, mortgage loan servicers and consumer finance companies. Musselman currently serves as vice chair of the Executive Council of the Federal Bar Association’s Banking Law Section.
John Dugan, former Comptroller of the Currency and partner at Covington & Burling, will receive this year’s Richard Peterson Award at the event, which is given to a person who had active involvement in landmark developments in laws, regulations, litigation or policy affecting the banking and financial services industry, and has personal qualities of the highest order.Andy Navarrete, executive vice president, Capital One, will host the event.
