Vintage-inspired apparel brand offers hip prints in comfortable, classic styles  

Worthy Threads, a vintage-inspired baby and toddler apparel brand, today announces the launch of its new fall collection. With new fabrics, prints and styles ranging from long sleeve peek-a-boo and classic pinafore dresses in “STEM” and “Baked from Scratch” prints, to lightweight comfortable sweats and essential raglan tees, there’s a style that speaks to each child’s unique personality.

Mompreneurs Jessica Chappel Kremen and Lily Brown launched Worthy Threads in May after their search to find unique, comfortable kids apparel was unsuccessful. Having left their full-time jobs to focus on raising their children, Jessica and Lily are now building a children’s apparel brand that fits their needs as modern moms -- close attention to detail and a wave of cool.

“In our fall collection, we’ve layered whimsical and hip fabrics with classic styles that have a touch of vintage inspiration,” said Jessica. “Moms today want their children to have the option of wearing pieces that tell a story visually, that instantly up the style game of their child, or a baby shower gift, and that ultimately we envy ourselves.”

An interesting fabric to note in the collection is the STEM pattern, as seen in the long sleeve peek-a-boo and classic pinafore dresses, as well as the hood of the lightweight sweatshirt and on the pocketed tee and joggers. The use of this fabric is a way to inspire curiosity in young boys and girls about science and technology in their everyday lives.

Classic Pinafore dress: With a square neckline, V straps and full A-line skirt, this dress is a versatile year-round piece. Suspender Skirt: Reminiscent of the Baltimore Lemon Sticks from when we were kids, the classic piece has vintage charm and hip prints. Adjustable suspenders and an elastic back make way for a comfortable fit that will last longer than a season. 100% cotton, sizes 6-12M, 18M, 2/3T, 4/5T.
