Levy concentrates her practice in estate planning, elder care, medicaid planning, veterans benefits: aid & attendance, guardianships, and special needs trusts. Prior to joining Frankel Sims Law, Levy worked for Silverman, Thompson, Slutkin, White, LLC.

Levy received her J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law and her B.A. from Ohio University. Levy has been nominated as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 and as a Living Classrooms Foundation Rising Star in 2015.During law school, Levy clerked for Rollins, Smalkin, Richards, & Mackie and upon graduation clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Jr., in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
