Kelli Roussos-Smith
Attorney Kelli Roussos-Smith has joined Shapiro Sher as a new associate in the Firm’s Business Law Department. She will be representing clients in a diversity of corporate law, banking, and real estate matters.
Previously Ms. Roussos-Smith was Vice President of Operations/Attorney at MB Equipment Finance in Hunt Valley, Maryland. She has also worked as an in-house attorney for SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corporation, and as a Law Clerk for the Hon. John C. Themelis in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City. Ms. Roussos-Smith is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law (2008) and Loyola University Maryland (2005), where she majored in English.
