In 1996, David Warschawski founded the agency after leaving big New York City agency life to offer a unique agency experience -- the personalized care and attention of a boutique agency coupled with the powerful expertise of a large firm.
Since the agency’s founding, Warschawski has been named “U.S. Small Agency of the Year” three years in a row and has won more than 200 industry awards for its work over the last 15 years. The agency held its official celebration this month with a big office outing for lunch and other festivities that included heartfelt words from COO, Shana Harris who presented CEO David Warschawski with the “Top 20 Things We Love Most About Warschawski,” plenty of trips down memory lane, and a whole lot of pizza and fun.

Many of the agency’s leadership have been with the company from its early days, including COO, Shana Harris, and VP, Michele Tomlinson, who have been with the agency for 19 and 13 years respectively – an indication of how exceptional the culture is and has been for 20 years.
