Feats Recognized for Outstanding Community Service

11/28/16

The Feats team is delighted to announce that we’ve been named a recipient of the 2016 Mayor’s Business Recognition Award.

We received the award for our work on the first annual Heart of the School Awards. This event, conceived by Feats’ chairman and chief impact officer Paul Wolman, and produced by Feats, celebrated the work of outstanding Baltimore City Public School principals and the role they play in building strong school cultures.

The Heart of the School Awards brought together the school system, community groups, businesses, and philanthropic organizations in laying the groundwork for a culture of appreciation for strong school leaders. We partnered on the project with the Fund for Educational Excellence, a non-profit organization committed to improving educational opportunities for students in Baltimore City’s public schools.

The award is given annually to companies in Baltimore that have demonstrated outstanding community service and significantly improved life in the city. Award winners are selected by the City of Baltimore, the Baltimore Development Corporation, and the Greater Baltimore Committee.

Our work with higher education clients takes us around the world, but we are always thrilled to be able to contribute to improving life in the city we call home!
