On November 10th, Offit Kurman Attorney Dave Severn spoke at the Maryland Association of County Administrative Officers Fall Conference panel, “Medical Cannabis and Your County.” Mr. Severn spoke on the emerging industry of cannabis and land use law associated with the industry. He addressed options for jurisdictions in amending their land use codes to address medical cannabis growing, processing, and dispensing facilities.
