Dale K. Cathell
DLA Piper is pleased to announce that Dale Cathell, a partner in the firm’s Baltimore Restructuring practice, has been named to The Daily Record 2016 VIP List. The annual list recognizes Maryland professionals under the age of 40 for their professional accomplishments, community service and the impact of their achievements in the community.
The honorees will be recognized at a reception on August 25, 2016, at The Pier V Hotel in Baltimore. Cathell was selected for his successful commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice, his mentorship of other firm attorneys and his pro bono legal work.
In his practice, Cathell represents financial institutions, insurance companies, and other creditor clients before state and federal courts. He also counsels secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, trustees, lessors and committees in bankruptcy matters.
