New Lunch, Dinner and Brunch Dishes Feature Fresh and Local Ingredients

Coho Grill, a casual-style restaurant located on Hobbit’s Glen golf course, has unveiled a new, revamped menu by Executive Chef Thomas Zippelli with a focus on fresh and local ingredients. The new menu features a variety of dishes and flavors that everyone will enjoy.

The lunch menu selections include: Mediterranean Salad with Cucumber, Tomato, Red Onion, Feta Cheese and Herbs ($12); Crab Salad with Cucumber, Pickled Onion, Lemon Zest, Parsley, Lemon Aioli and Bibb Lettuce ($16); Willow Bottom Burger with a Grass-Fed Beef Burger, Caramelized Onion, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato served on a Brioche Bun ($14); Classic Crab Cake with Jumbo Lump Crab, Lettuce, Tomato and Tartar Sauce served on a Brioche Bun ($17); and aReuben with House Made Corned Beef and Pastrami, Swiss Cheese, Thousand Island Dressing and Sauerkraut served on Marble Rye Bread($13).

The dinner menu selections include: Burrata Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes, Basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette served on Grilled Sourdough Bread ($13); Pan Roasted Salmon with Herb Yogurt, Rye Bread Crumble and Cucumber and Radish Salad ($26); Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with Corn Pudding, Blistered Tomatoes and Shaved Fennel Arugula ($22); New York Strip with Roasted Eggplant, Arugula Salad, Pickled Onion, Parsley and Salsa Verde ($27); Rockfish with Pickled Vegetable Salad, Avocado Basil Puree and Herbs ($25); and Eggplant Steaks with Eggplant Puree, Barley, Yogurt, Pickled Pepper and Parsley Salad ($19).

The brunch menu selections include: Buttermilk Pancakes with Pit Ham and a choice of Pecan Wood Bacon or Chicken-Apple Sausage served with Maple Syrup and Whipped Butter ($12); Hash & Eggs with Corned Beef, Pastrami, Yukon Gold Potatoes and Fried Eggs ($11); Coho Benedict with Pit Ham and Swiss Panini on Old Bay French Toast served with Classic Hollandaise Sauce ($10); American Omelet with Pecan Wood Bacon, Caramelized Onions and Tillamook Cheddar Cheese ($11); and Shrimp and Grits Benedict with Charred Corn Grit Cake, Grilled Shrimp, Tasso Ham served with a Creole Hollandaise Sauce, Fruit and Potatoes ($12).

Coho Grill is open for lunch on Monday, lunch and dinner Tuesday through Friday and brunch and dinnerSaturday and Sunday.
