Pessin Katz Law is pleased to announce that Attorney Andrew Scott has been elected to Member.

Andrew Scott (PK Law Labor and Employment Group) graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The Pennsylvania State University and cum laude from Suffolk University Law School.  Prior to joining the firm, Andy was a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Ellen Barbera, Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals of Maryland and the Honorable Albert J. Matricciani, Jr. of the Court of Special Appeals.  Andy primarily represents public school systems in a variety of matters including employment discrimination litigation, collective bargaining, teacher and student discipline, construction and procurement and wage and hour claims.  Andy also represents private sector employers in all areas of labor and employment law.  Andy is an adjunct professor of school law at Johns Hopkins University and McDaniel College and has lectured on employment law at the University of Maryland School of Law and the University of Baltimore School of Law.
