Michael Schollaert, Ober|Kaler
Michael Schollaert, a principal in the Construction Group at the law firm Ober|Kaler, has been named Chair-Elect of the Construction Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA). He will serve a one-year term, due to begin on July 1, 2016.
An active member of the MSBA, Michael has also served on the Construction Law Section Council and as Co-Chair of the Construction Law Deskbook/Forms Committee.
Michael has been named a “Rising Star” by Maryland Super Lawyers from 2009 through 2016. He also lectures on various topics of interest to professionals in the construction industry
