Mikquell Nell and Reginald Tinsley
Springwell Senior Living, a locally owned and operated senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care services, today announced the appointment of two new members to its leadership team: Chef Manager Mikquell Nell and Physical Plant Director Reginald Tinsley.
Nell is the new Chef Manager and Executive Chef for Springwell's Main/Overlook building. This includes the Sherwood and Beechtree Assisted Living Dining Rooms, the Terrace Bistro Café and the Memory Care Dining Program. Mikquell has a passion for developing and implementing unique menus while leading and coaching a team to ensure timely and seamless service delivery. Prior to joining the Springwell team, he brought his talents to JMU, Thames Street Oyster House and State Fare. Each year he serves as part of the Culinary Leadership Team for the world's greatest golf tournament, The Masters. Mikquell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Nutrition with Concentration in Food Science & Product Development from Johnson & Wales University.
As Physical Plant Director, Reginald (Reggie) Tinsley will oversee the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Security departments. Reggie brings an extensive residential building and management background to Springwell, having spent many years in maintenance management in senior living environments. In his time outside of work, Reggie coaches youth football and basketball and enjoys travelling and gardening.
